Our portion cutting machine is available in a basic execution, but can be extended to an advanced cutting machine for cutting portions with exact weight.

Of course the machines are suitable for cutting a variety of cheese kinds, like Gouda, Edam, Cheddar, Feta, etc.

It is possible to feed the portion cutting machine automatically with cheese loaves which are cut on a cutting machine for cutting loaves out of a whole cheese (MHDM).
