Balsamic & honey dressing

  • 5 dl balsamic vinegar
  • 4 dl hazelnut oil
  • 4 dl walnut oil
  • 1.2 dl olive oil
  • 2 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp mustard seeds
  • 100g honey
  • Pepper

Mix balsamic vinegar, mustard seeds and salt in the Swissbidone cutter for approx. 2 minutes. Add hazelnut, walnut and olive oil with the garlic and sugar. Refine with honey and pepper.
