• Cut 1 white cabbage into thin slices with the Anliker vegetable cutting machine [link naar product], knife F2
• Cut 1 ribbed celery into thick slices on the Anliker with knife G6
• Peel 1 pineapple, remove the core and cut into slices with the pineapple peeler, or cut into cubes with the Anliker knife W10

Season with cumin seed, sweetener, mayonnaise and yoghurt.
You can also replace the pineapple cubes by mixed fruit and blue grapes.
