Tomato pesto
- 160g dried tomatoes
- 80g pine nuts
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 bunch of basil
- 1.5 dl olive oil
- 40g Peccorino cheese
- 40g Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground
Mix all ingredients in the Swissbidone cutter until the mass has reached the desired consistency.
