Tomato pesto

  • 160g dried tomatoes
  • 80g pine nuts
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 1.5 dl olive oil
  • 40g Peccorino cheese
  • 40g Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground

Mix all ingredients in the Swissbidone cutter until the mass has reached the desired consistency.
