Groba started using a new ‘GROBA INNOLAB’ industrial hall. This area is fitted out as an innovation laboratory where, for example, test setups of new innovations are placed, prototypes are tested, or trials are carried out for and with our customers.
We have also fitted out a space for ‘virtual reality’ presentations, enabling customers to see their machines or line in a VR environment. The innolab is also ideally suited to complete machine software, test machines, and organise Factory Acceptance Tests with our customers, all of which can be done undisturbed. The office part is used for brainstorming sessions, R&D meetings, giving presentations, organising training courses, and for internship and graduation assignments.
GROBA opened its innolab as a next, targeted step towards the further intensification of its collaboration with customers and suppliers, and to further expand its innovative clout.
