ALPHA 520
The fully automatic ALPHA 520 unpacks foil-ripened or foil-packed cheese. The machine can easily be converted to process various types of cheese, such as Euro size and Cheddar. The ALPHA 520 replaces the manual unpacking of cheese, thus ensuring a hygienic and ergonomic process.
