Our BETA 520-SA is a semi-automatic machine for cutting square, rectangular, and round cheeses into bars or halves. This machine cuts cheese short-side and long-side leading, such as Euroblock dimensions. Suitable for trim cutting at the sides of the cheese. Ideal solution for pre-cutting cheese for further processing on, for example, a slicer or portion cutting machine.
