DELTA HC-25 DEPALLETIZING COBOT & DEFOILING LINE

The DELTA HC-25 cobot automatically depalletizes foil-packed cheeses onto the infeed conveyor belt of the ALPHA 400-R defoiling machine.The cobot is equipped with tooling featuring vacuum cups for depalletizing. The tooling has rounded edges for safety reasons, providing safe contact surfaces to prevent injury upon contact.

One or more storage locations with drive-in aids can be provided for supplying pallets loaded with cheese.

Vision technology
Optionally, the cobot can be equipped with a vision sensor to locate the cheese positions on the pallets. Vision technology recognizes the stacking orientation of the pallet (e.g., landscape or portrait) and the centers of the cheese blocks. This data is then used by the cobot to autonomously depalletize the pallet.
