PHI 550-SA

The PHI 550-SA is a semi-automatic machine that portions large volumes of round, square and rectangular cheeses vertically. By default, the machine features a hygienic conveyor belt which transports the cheese to the next processing step, e.g. a packer. The PHI 550-SA contains a portioning set that consists of a cutting frame and a die section. The portioning set is configured and produced to customer requirements.
