SIGMA KKR-300 Cheese shredder

The fully automatic SIGMA KKR-300 shreds soft, semi-hard and hard cheeses. The machine processes pre-cut blocks of cheese into shredded cheese. Shredding drums are available for virtually all shapes and sizes of shredded product required; inlcuding for Feta and Parmesan cheese. The machine can be used as a stand-alone unit or integrated into a fully-fledged shredding line.
