The SIGMA PM-5000 mixing drum mixes powder(s) and/or herbs into shredded cheese continuously and optimally so as to prevent packed shredded cheese from sticking together and forming lumps. Also suitable for mixing different types of cheese. Can be constructed as part of a cheese shredding line.
