SIGMA R-630-300-2 Shredding line

The SIGMA R-630-300-2 is a fully automatic cheese shredding line for very large volumes of up to approx. 4,000 kg/h. The shredding line consists of a cheese cubing machine (SIGMA RB-630), a cheese shredder, a powder dosing system (SIGMA PD-90), a mixing drum (SIGMA PM-5000), a control cabinet, touch panel, line control and hygienic conveyor belts which are installed between the individual machines.
