Cheese portions

The KAPPA series consists of several different models of portion cutting machines for cutting bars of cheese into portions or slices.

The PHI series consists of machines for vertically cutting round, square and rectangular cheeses of all ages into portions. Every machine features one or more cutting sets which are produced with high precision according to our customer's requirements.
